Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the platform on rv999, all of the following conditions must be met:

Account Management

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited amounts generally take a few minutes to reflect in your account. Contact support if you experience a technical issue.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit method and must be registered in your name.
• Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure any active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• rv999 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳8,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳13,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x — calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers.
• The bonus is for new members only and applies once per account.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses have a specific expiry period. Unused bonuses are cancelled once they expire.
• Each promotion has its own terms — read the relevant conditions before participating.
• rv999 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all accounts will be closed.

Gameplay & Betting

5.1 General Gaming Rules

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, rv999 may cancel that round and refund the bet amount where applicable.
• If there is a dispute over a game result, rv999's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Decisions regarding betting markets are made at rv999's own discretion.
• If any match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that wager will be refunded.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

6.1 Prohibited Activities
