Responsible Gaming Guide at rv999
Keep gaming as entertainment — not a problem. rv999 provides deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion to keep you safe.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is entertainment — but going beyond your limits can have a negative impact on your life.
rv999 believes every player's gaming experience should be enjoyable, safe, and controlled. We provide tools on our platform to help you monitor your gaming habits and stop when needed.
Gaming should never be seen as a source of income. It is purely entertainment and winning on every bet is not guaranteed. Only play with what you can afford to lose.
rv999's services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Account registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
Ask Yourself
- Are you betting beyond your budget?
- Is gaming taking time away from your family or work?
- Are you placing more bets to chase your losses?
- Do you want to stop gaming but find you cannot?
- Are you feeling anxious or depressed because of gaming?
If the answer to any of these is "yes", use the tools below or contact our support team.

Self-Exclusion
If you are experiencing long-term problems, activate a self-exclusion lasting from 6 months up to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated before this period ends.
